After a very helpful discussion with Emily about our requirements for shower rooms and toilets, we looked forward to their installation. We were not disappointed. Marc and Rob did an excellent job. We were consulted all the time about details and have been very satisfied with the final results. We thoroughly recommend the company and their team of plumbers.

Went into the showroom with dimensions of our en-suite, not fully knowing what we wanted. Had some great advice from Emily Heenan and nothing was too much trouble. Some great products choices and quality fittings. Tony Fisher was recommended by Emily. What a great guy! A true perfectionist for fitting and tiling. Extremely high quality to detail. Also was assisted by Mark the plumber. They were a great team and efficient and trustworthy. We eventually ended up having our bathroom fitted with a new shower and also another en-suite bathroom as well. Again all these additional requirements were supported by Emily and delivered by Tony and Mark. We are very pleased with our new en-suites and shower and would recommend TW Thomas 100%. We had a basic idea of what we wanted, which involved a complete change to the layout of our bathroom. Larry Parks talked us through the process and drew up the computer aided plans. These really gave us a great insight into how the finished job would look like. His knowledge and help were invaluable. He put us in touch with Jon from JS Ridley who contacted us very quickly. Jon made further suggestions and was employed to complete the work. I am convinced that we made the right choice in using Jon as I cannot fault the commitment of his hardworking team. Everything was completed to the exact timeframe originally put forward. His standard of workmanship is 2nd to none and when combined with the quality of the goods supplied by TW Thomas has given us a bathroom to be very proud of. Five stars to each of you.

Tony Fisher the bathroom installer was recommended to us by a friend who had their bathroom installed by him a few years back, so we asked for him to be our installer when we went to choose our bathroom at T W Thomas Bathrooms. The salesperson, Jamie Whitton, there was very helpful, in arranging for Tony Fisher to be our installer and in choosing the shower and bathroom fittings. We were very pleased with the service. We were especially pleased with Tony, our installer - he not only installed the shower, but transformed our separate bathroom and toilet into a single room, doing all the building work that needed doing - his tiling was excellent, even though our walls were uneven and needed a lot of work doing. We now have a shower-room/toilet that would grace any upmarket five star hotel. I must add that Tony was a very friendly person, we both felt very comfortable with him working in our home - 5 stars for Tony Fisher and Five Stars for T W Thomas - we are more than happy with the Store and the fitter

We had decided to upgrade bathroom shower unit and had great difficulty trying to get anyone to carry out the work.Thankfully we contacted T W Thomas Bathrooms &Tiles and were introduced to Larry Parkes who looked after us showing us various options. Larry was very professional and helpful and recommended and arranged for Tony Fisher (Tony Fisher Home Solutions)to contact us.Tony promptly got in touch with us (phoning while he was on holiday) to arrange a meeting on his return.As promised Tony visited and carried out a survey advising us on the best solution for our requirements and the best way to move forward.All aspects of the work were discussed and agreed with Tony who advised T W Thomas of our requirements and we returned to make the final choice of materials etc.We agreed a start date suitable to both of us and Tony duly arrived with Mark Morgan as promised to carry out the job.From start( covering all carpets ) to finish (cleaning up after completion) Tony and Mark were totally professional and courteous with nothing too much trouble.The work was completed perfectly on time to our total satisfaction.I would have no hesitation in recommending T W Thomas and Tony Fisher Home Solutions to any one considering having any home renovations.A brilliant experience carried out by all parties. We've just had complete bathroom refit. We would like to thank Emily in T W Thomas for all her help in the planning. Emily recommended Jon from JS Ridley, Kitchen, bathroom & building services as the fitter and arranged for him to call. Jon is a perfectionist and our small bathroom provided him with challenges but he met them all. The finish has completely transformed the bathroom. We had an excellent experience with TW Thomas throughout the process of renovating our en-suite shower room. Emily Heenan was extremely helpful and patient during the design process and quickly understood the type of finish we were looking for, resulting in a design we were delighted with. The fitting was carried out by Seb who progressed the job professionally with great communication, focus and attention to detail. The finished product was better than we could have hoped for and we would definitely use them again.

We've just had our bathroom completely refurbished. It wasdesigned gy Jamie in T W Thomas. He was extremely helpful and patient in helping us to choose the design and layout of the bathroom. Our bathroom fitter was Tony Fisher, he was a true perfectionist in all he did. Throughout the fitting he consulted and advised us at every stage of the job and the results are amazing and above expectation. Ridley. The work undertaken by John, was of an exceptional standard and completed within the planned time frame.I have no hesitation in recommending J. S. I ordered my new en suite bathroom with T W Thomas as my sister highly recommended them for the quality of both the product and the fitting work.The bathroom fitters, Lino and Beau, completed my bathroom on Tuesday. They've done a fantastic job. Hard workers, very efficient, friendly and very tidy too. They are a credit to the company. I'd highly recommend them, including the plasterer, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten.I'd also like to pass on my thanks to Larry in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately saw how the en suite room could be better utilised, and the completed room looks so, so much better than the original. We are delighted with it.

We wanted to change (in part) our ensuite bathroom in our new build home - keeping some wall tiles, the toilet and the floor tiles - and changing the shower area, wash basin and heated towel rail. After looking in several places and not getting any help we were recommended to T W Thomas. Marcia could not have been more helpful - the service and advice was fantastic. We used their recommended installer - Tony Fisher. We had to wait a good while for him to do the job, but he always kept us updated on timescales and coordinated with Marcia for deliveries etc. Worth waiting for - he and Mark have done an excellent job and were very neat and tidy workers. Delighted with the finished job. Tony also showed me how I could fix a problem with shadow cracks between the floor tiles that had irritated me every day since they were laid 3 years ago (by a company that refused to fix the problem). Have followed Tony's advice and so pleased I did as problem solved!! Would 100% recommend.

We were looking to refurbish a main bathroom and an en-suite. We'd been looking around many other stores but as soon as we sat down with Andrew to plan and price it up up we felt very comfortable and confident. The quality and the prices are great. We had an issue with a product which was not TW Thomas's fault. Andrew was very helpfull to us to get it sorted which you wouldn't get that service from other stores especially the national one's. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Top marks
